Reason for writing this blog was to contribute my overall experience in one blog so that a newbie can learn and those who are reluctant to start for cooking may get an idea that HOW SIMPLE IS COOKING!
My blog have daily routine simple recipe for which any website not offer to render hand as all look for something new. Please let me know if you have any suggestion or idea to make this blog more better to experience.
Some Tips:
- Always wash vegetables before you peel, chop or grate.
- Green leave vegetables must be wash before cooking and spread over absorbent paper so it will dry out quickly.
- Always keep chopped Potato and Brinjal in water , contact with air turn them black which lose it's nutrients value.
